For: I Wanna Usurp the Celestial Jump
A short but sweet needleventure game about jump refreshers. The platforming is fun, and the music choices and tilesets make it feel like a proper adventure. The small amount of story adds a welcome degree of cohesion to the game, making the whole thing flow together pretty well. Jump refreshers are used to their maximum, making some interesting maneuvers and cool pathing. The final avoidance is a bit rough, being too learny for my tastes. Overall, easy recommendation.

Great avoidance with a chaotic feel that has some cool attacks. Especially at the last part of the avoidance. I didn't like the last few attacks in the Inf Jump section because it felt too unbalanced.

This game has great visuals and interesting ideas! With that being said, I am out of good things to say. While the ideas are good, they aren't given much time to shine as a majority of the platforming stages feel nearly nonexistent with how unbelievably short they are. A lot of mechanics, such as the cannons, cloud bounces, and flying felt so janky and broken, and the bosses were frustrating as all hell, I don't understand how a game of this difficulty makes bosses feel unfair but that avoidance around the mid point I genuinely couldn't stand, and the two bosses after, ESPECIALLY the final boss, were just boring. If the game was half as good as it's visuals, then this would be a classic, but for me personally this is just not fun. I will say, this is far from the worst fangame or anything, but I did NOT like it.
Also I cleared like 3/4ths of this game while waiting for my turn in I wanna start a party, so this is my excuse to advertise that game.

Rating includes extra, which is a touch harder than the rest.
Great needle that tests the player's control of the kid's jump height, particularly for double jumps. It's definitely a good entry point into more precise needle. Would recommend to intermediate players and above.
