The following review involves secrets, all secrets are in spoiler brackets.
It's a decent game, nothing to original, on the surface it's just a "Do this jump to go to the next screen" game, but then they become rooms, and triggers, and oh god so many pixel perfect jumps.
The secrets just involve specific jumps, one being the elusive triple diamond, maybe a decacorner as dotkid, who knows. Over all could be better
Over all, I'd say play this if you want to get into the needle genre. Also, Ctrl = Godmode

Coming from someone who speed runs this game: Over all, it's really good. It's 3 levels, with alternating segments, and no one part feels like the other. Great beginner game, fantastic for speed gaming, and excellent for just casually playing fan games. But seriously, screw the cave story segment. So many runs were lost there

It's nothing too new in the sense of it's your average "Adventure" game. A few tweaks here and there, some better music quality, and I'd give it a higher rating. Strange to think this is a sequel.

A Strange, outgoing IWBTG game. I say that because, being on mobile, you play with sometimes unresponsive touch controls, which to say the least could have been avoided if you just put it on a computer.
It's moderately difficult, in some cases unnecessarily, so I give it a 64/100.
It consists of four stages, each with a different element. Beating a stage gives you a power, and you use it in the next stage.
The music is sub par, the stages are lack luster, and the bosses are pretty easy.
In my opinion, not worth the $4.99 I spent for it. (Remember kids, this is the only IWBTG game you have to pay for! \o/)
Edit: I was wrong, I found out this is the only guy game on iOs. There is also I wanna be the guy! and I Wanna Conquer the Mobile on android. But that's for another day.
