I really enjoyed this game the first time I played it, but I replayed it recently and was mostly just annoyed by a lot of awkward jumps and bad visuals. The drug trip stage is pretty fun, at least, and doesn't look like shit like the stages immediately before and after it...

Great production value, lots of interesting and challenging needle and fun avoidance bosses. Everything about this game is well made and engaging. One of my all-time favorites.

Great visuals and music.
I really liked that you can choose to do a needle screen or an avoidance (or both) after each stage.
Also the align highlight is pretty cool.
Difficulty curve felt good. Over all just an amazing game.
