RO is a trigger needle game featuring a multitude of stages and a couple of bosses! It began primarily as a Rukito-inspired game, but strayed away from that a little as development went on into different ideas, and as it is I'd say it's a weird hybrid of Rukito-style/Vandal/something else. I put a lot of time and effort into refining the game and making it as fun as I could for the style I went for, so hopefully people have a good time with it!
Update note: As of v1.2, the game has a few different difficulty warps! But please note all they do is remove save points. No platforming is changed in any way. There is a ever-so-slightly different clear screen though if you're hunting for some style points.

only rated so low because there are way too many unnecessary/useless cycles that are only there to make the save harder, and adds nothing in terms of creative movement/ fun gameplay.

RO doesn't innovate in any radical ways, but it is a competent and balanced take on a tried-and-true formula. If you've played any other Rukito-likes, you basically know what to expect, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Any reasonably experienced player should have fun with this unless they just absolutely detest triggers and other gimmicks.
I do have a complaint about the final boss. The attack where platforms spawn in the middle of the screen and you dodge apples frequently has extremely unfair RNG and made the fight take a good 15-20 minutes longer than it should have for me. I know this is the first time Wolfie has made bosses himself, so I won't go too hard on him, but I'd be lying if I said this attack in particular didn't drag the game as a whole down somewhat for me.

Cleared this game twice and somehow never wrote a review.
RO is a game which has a clear and obvious Rukito influence, and that changes up how Wolfi typically makes platforming. The game is still clearly and obviously Wolfi, but rather than feeling a need to conform to the more rigid and in some ways uncomfortable style of most Rukito-likes, RO only adds the core ideas of trigger-based platforming and the general atmosphere.
As such what you're left with is a refreshing take on the subgenre that's consistently smooth and fun to navigate. I would say it's less of an innovative take and more of a refinement, which is exactly what this game set out to do.

Excellent game overall with a huge emphasis on triggers. It sells itself as inspired by Rukito's games but it looks more like Vandal where every gimmicks were replaced by triggers rather than a game Rukito could have made.
Woflie obliges, the very strong point of the game is the level design and, and it's a first, there are also bosses but I'll talk about them a bit later. There are 7 stages and if most of them are excellent and that some saves are some of the best I have played, I do have a few things to say. The first is the balance, there are some jumps here and there that feel too precise and even if it doesn't ruin the game, it makes some saves much more grindy than what they should and it's especially true in stage 6. The second is the last boss, it's a simplistic but decent one that could have been way better if the platform attack couldn't give you almost impossible RNG half of the time. I also want to point out that some gimmicks are introduced at the end of a save, which is really a dumb choice considering there is a chance you will choke it because you don't know how it works.
I of course recommend it, it's clearly a very good game and despite some flaws it manages to be entertaining and long during the whole game.
