Classic case of a game being called easy cause it's short and not actually due to the difficulty of the saves. It's a single screen of bland needle that has some stuff like a platform jump into corners or the first jump that definitely makes it harder than reviews claim.
Wouldn't recommend it.

really unique avoidance with nice visuals however some attacks will just wall you which is extremely annoying, and also some attacks feel unbalanced

Very enjoyable game with an emphasis on needle, although there are a decent number of bosses which are interesting as well. The main thing that sticks out to me about this game is the atmosphere, which is odd because I never care about that too much in games. Something about the music combined with the visuals gives the game an almost melancholic tone which is very relaxing for needle but also makes me feel unnerved the entire time. I really enjoy it, and it's assisted with some absolutely solid gameplay. The saves are filled to the brim with creative and interesting jumps and some tasteful gimmicks which I was a big fan of. The bosses were good too, all of them feeling distinct and the final boss is pretty climactic. Great game!

I think this game is pretty overrated.
The platforming sections have some neat ideas, mostly the power shot gimmick. But besides the power shot level, everything else was ok.
The bosses were bad and are too bland with annoying attacks that go on for too long. I'm not sure if you have to beat the first three bosses to enter the last level, but you fight them again and go to the levels again to get the white tips. The original levels in the white part were a dice section and an original level that was decent at best. The final boss is like the only decent boss in the game.
I wanted to like this game, but I just could not get into the levels and especially the bosses.

This used to be my JAM back in the day. I haven;t felt like listening to it for quite a few years now but I'm sure it's aged about as well as I could expect.
