For: I wanna PESC
Yeah, yet another conceptual game from Leehe, this time from the end of 2012.
You cannot start the game. You only escape from it. It is not necessarily hard to figure out what to do, considering the icon of the game shows 'Esc' key, and the whole title seems like to mean 'Press 'ESC''.
You can of course opt to listen to the whole song of Miku, but it won't change anything. This is also why I am not giving 0 difficulty for the game.
The only cool feature is that you can hold the 'winning' key and you can read the text as long as you wanna. Shortly after the game will automatically close.
Unlike 'I wanna DTG', where the concept of the game was not executed very well, here I felt like it was executed well enough.
There is not any real gameplay, but just solely for the dedication for the concept, I will give this game higher rating.
That does not mean that you have to play it. There really is not much to do here.
I guess you can call this game as a 'Puzzle'.
Would not recommend.
Edit 22/07/2025: There is also this information from Swordslinger about this game from one of the old reviews, that I find interesting: 'I feel the need to let everyone know the whole point of this game was to hide I Wanna Keep My Mental Difficult Mode for some odd reason, I Wanna PESC is the same way except it's I Wanna Keep My Mental Leehetic '. I have no clues what does it imply by 'hiding', but I could see that, since the existence of these 2 games is surely odd. Although it makes it a bit more disappointing, since the point was not to prove what is a game. Oh well...

I guess someone can try to get a quick buck from this game.

Honestly, as for the needle game itself, this game did make me laugh for a bit.
Funny and unique engine ; kid's face on the game's icon ; the fact that kid just falls down when you press F2 ; the music that is just hilarious ; some sound effects ; the corner skip on the easy screen ; the fact that when you make a screenshot, you actually have 1 next to the exe and EXACT copy in the folder 'screenshots' ; and also several things from readme (ver0.0 and the fact of selling where peak).
The first screen is easier than the second one, where the 2nd save is probably the hardest part of the game. In general you might die few times on the second screen. The first screen is doable without deaths for many saves. Not sure why such balance was done, but fine.
Oh, and there is also a trigger to remove spikes, so there is a save of corridor needle.
The needle is not necessarily good, but this whole game really tried to sell the title to the player, which made it a bit funny to me.
Objectively I would need to give much lower rating, but the fact that the game made me laugh for how little there was, it is impressive.
Oh, yeah, also... why does this game weighs so much???
Would not recommend, unless you wanna some quick needle for around 3 minutes.
For: I Wanna Beat The Fangame Quiz
The game starts with an odd Geezer's image that fades out. Then when you select the Save data, you start the game.
You have 1 question. And here is a thing.
I was sure that there will be no correct answer, but no. There is actually correct answer to the question. If you press the wrong option, then you will see the red cross appear on the screen and a bit funny sound effect.
After that you get teleported to the clear screen, where the game specifically says 'You did it! Your score is 0/1'.
If you answer correctly, then you will see the green tick and you will see the score 1/1.
Also you cannot re-answer in the same save slot. So you need to F2. And, yes, the intro is still there, and it is unskippable and a bit annoying.
Music selection is a bit whimsical, but it kind of fits to the vibe.
The game was clearly made as a joke. Although I am a bit intrigued from the Readme that says this 'Real game is coming at summer ;)'.
This game was released in the February of 2019. And I do know who made this game, but I really cannot name any games that were released in summer of that year. I think it is some cancelled project or actually some project that was released much later. Not sure as of now.
Yeah, aesthetics are there, and some small production value moments are funny. But it is very short and is not much interesting.
The correct answer is the general answer, and other answer options are a bit odd, and slightly infantile, knowing the author. Although, to be fair, even the question itself is a bit weird even for troll question standards.
I was originally thinking that there would not be any production value, so I was thinking about giving 0.1, but at least there was something to raise the rating by 0.1.
But as you can guess, it is not passable rating.
Would not recommend, obviously.
For: I Wanna Be The Quiz
All we know is that the .exe and readme date is from 21/09/2017 (although if you look inside the .exe then almost all file names are from 29/05/2017). And also there is a readme file called 'PLEASE READ.txt', that contains following text:
'Very short quiz game that was made for my university project. It is stupid and so am I.'
The game has 3 'stage' structure, where you see 4 warps at the main hub (to which you can return by pressing space). Those are difficulty of stages, according to the author. Each stage has 3 questions. You have 3 options to select. If you select the correct answer, you will proceed to the next question and you will have the sound that affirms that you are right. If you choose the wrong answer you will get subsequent sound effect and you need to re-do the specific question (no you will not go back to the start).
The difficulty settings are 'Easy' ; 'Medium' and 'Hard'. But the math problems are really easy for elementary grade students, and even in the hard section questions you can easily eliminate other options by the last number.
And even if you do not wanna think in this game, you have 33% chance every time to guess correctly, and you won't be punished, so yeah.
After beating the question 15, you get automatically to the clear screen (which is a bit funny with the IWBTG credit song and the bouncing red fruits that do not kill you). If you go back to the hub, then you will see that each portal says it is cleared.
There is not much more.
Yeah, this is pretty much what you could expect from Uni project. More like a prototype.
Although I am curious how and where was this shared exactly.
Anyway, would not recommend. There is not much that you could gain from playing this.
For: I wanna Moonwalk & Slide
You have a game of long corridors, covered in vines. Author of the game has left the file called 'How To.txt', which has the following instructions:
'To Slide: Jump and hold Left
To Moonwalk: Face Left and hold Right
Perform all of this in the Vine Blocks'
However, the thing with this game is that you do not have to do any of this to get to the portal. You can just walk up to it.
But here is yet another thing: the game will throw you back to the start. Nothing changes, music continues, but there are no visible changes.
I played for like 5 minutes thinking that maybe this game had several identical screens or maybe some speedrun requirement. After that I decided to decompile.
No, this game literally is infinite (unless I am missing something). The only real clear goal would be saying if you have done what author wanted (and the only reason I am not giving this game an impossible tag). Although I will say that I have never done a slide thing before, so I was confused on what should happen. I understood once I looked on the kid's still animation.
Sure, I like the music, but everything else just sucks. This game wastes your time, and does not even require you to learn the stuff. I mean, what does count as a clear here? Getting to the portal once? Performing all the tricks? Or doing both at the same time?
Visuals are also not in my taste, to be honest.
As for the infinite aspect, apparently there was once a review that mentioned that the game is infinite (slenderbrine97), but the user's account has been banned since then. Well, now you know anyway.
Yeah, I do not know. This was annoying at the best. Complete disaster.
Would not recommend.
