rather uncomfortable, unsatisfying and poorly conceptualized needle. the game doesn’t feel very good to play at all, especially considering the style of needle. the best way I could describe it is that it’s a ton of odd/unfun jumps with strange setups one after another. I feel somewhat bad giving it such a low rating, but I feel its deserved as this style of needle is something that I find extremely difficult to tolerate - let alone enjoy. it’s littered with frustrating lowjumps of the most irritating variety. the game’s pace is massively broken by save 3, as it’s by far the hardest save in the game, requiring the most difficult and odd inputs out of all of them. also that one squished diagonal landing is weird and oftentimes doesn’t really work. additionally, no visuals and no music, which is quite the choice. a fitting one I’d say, as I feel similarly about the needle

azure is known for being quite a strange maker who makes all sorts of weird and unusual shit. this game is essentially just another one of his wacky and strange escapades. it features 6 stages with their own respective azure-tier gimmicks, needle and bosses. its uniquely diverse, yet its ‘range’ doesn’t feel too large. generally speaking, it’s your average game from this maker
my personal favorite part of the game is the awesome stage with random shuffled drops, where you have to look super closely at the spikes to see if they stick out a pixel or not. this one pixel is the difference between the gaps being possible and impossible. this kinda boils down to luck because you can’t really tell with the background being black. another great part is the lucky star boobs boss. I won’t really explain what goes on there, just use your imagination at this point. you can always count on azure to include some sort of borderline NSFW content in his games. if that’s something you look forward to, then great for you
final boss is legitimately kinda interesting despite some of the attacks being poorly designed. it isn’t super annoying or diffcult by any means, it’s just slightly learny and requires some patience. I wouldn’t say this boss lands anywhere above a 60 at most. you will encounter some luck-based bosses, i.e. the stupid train boss which makes little to no sense whatsoever. I’ll also take this opportunity to shit on the Donkey Kong stage, as I greatly dislike the gimmicks presented and any of its gameplay. it felt like luck to me, but that’s a purely personal issue

very good western needle collab. it’s a makers game in spirit but with marginally more forgiving/easier needle. every maker did a good job for the most part, with Stonk and Kale shining in particular. the rest of the stages are good, minus YoYo who always seems to design good looking needle that somehow plays poorly. this extends to extra as well, same critiques and same compliments
there isn’t a lot to say about the needle, as it doesn’t do anything super crazy or new, instead tending to stick to more traditional vanilla/largely gimmickless needle. it’s fun to play and not think too much about it, you won’t really ever get stuck on anything. the hardest save by far is YoYo area last save. it’s one long screen of typical hard YoYo needle that’s coincidentally not too great. the rest of the makers kept a fairly high standard level of quality for their needle, so they aren’t too notable and can be summed up by simply stating that the game’s needle is good
recommended, good collab game

short needle game consisting of a decent amount of screens that vary in style and are fun and simple. it doesn’t do anything too crazy. the best room is the first one, which is a precision needle screen with some fun jumps. there is some required align knowledge that may be slightly hard to guess but it’s nothing too difficult. the rest of the game is consistency needle of arguably similar style with 1 - 2 saves per screen. the last screen is quite difficult, as it has a pretty hard corner near the end of it along with some more unexpectedly difficult jumps. overall not bad, but nothing too unique. it makes for a quick and fun clear which is something anyone can enjoy

short game that consists of a few rooms with no needle at all, some rooms with sub-yoyo level needle - meaning it’s not something even yoyo would put in his short avoidance games. you know just how bland and forgettable those rooms are. there’s a few puzzle rooms that boil down to guessing games minus one kind of interesting puzzle. there’s two bosses with a very large amount of HP, one of which is very boring and the other is very luck-based. they both suck and work in the same exact way: cherries appear on the edge of the screen and begin moving in some cardinal direction. there is not much to it and it’s not really worth your time
